Jolly Old Elf Coffee Company
Jolly Old Elf Coffee Company was brewed from a lifetime of service, a love of great coffee, and a heart for giving back.
We’re Michael and Debbie—husband and wife, partners in life, and the faces behind the beard and bonnet. After retiring from long careers rooted in service—Michael as a Fire Chief and Debbie as a Store Manager—we traded uniforms for red suits and stepped into a role that brings joy to people of all ages: Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus.
Today, we serve the Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas communities through professional photography sittings, corporate and private events, parties, community appearances, and charity events. Whether it’s a child’s first visit with Santa, a corporate holiday celebration, or a neighborhood gathering, our goal is always the same: to create meaningful, memorable moments built on warmth, kindness, and connection.
Along the way, we discovered something else we deeply enjoy—exceptional specialty coffee. Jolly Old Elf Coffee Company grew out of countless cups shared with friends, families, and fellow volunteers. We believe coffee should be comforting, thoughtfully sourced, and enjoyed with purpose—just like the moments it accompanies.

A portion of our proceeds support The Mighty Oaks Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping veterans, first responders, and their families overcome trauma and rediscover hope, purpose, and strength.
Service has always been at the center of our lives—from fire service and retail leadership to community events as Santa and Mrs. Claus. This coffee company allows us to continue serving in a new way—one cup at a time.
